Breaking news: it's Spring and your hair still feels dry
Actually, this probably isn't news to you - but it doesn't have to be this way!
Try these things and let me know how it goes:
USE A SILK PILLOWCASE OR BONNET FOR SLEEP PROTECTION

Ditch your cotton pillowcase immediately. Switch to SILK, not satin which can still absorb moisture. Your hair and skin will thank you - I promise!
"SQUISH TO CONDISH" EACH TIME YOU CONDITION YOUR HAIR FOR MAXIMUM HYDRATION

"Squish to Condish" to deeply hydrate the hair by forcing water into the hair, essentially maximizing the conditioner's moisturizing effect.
HOW TO:
After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to VERY wet hair and then "squish" or scrunch your hair with your hands. Continue to add water as you squish, until the hair feels very soft and slimy (think seaweed slimy). Then rinse completely.
CLARIFY YOUR HAIR THEN USE A HYDRATING MASK

Clarify your hair. If there is buildup on the hair shaft, water cannot penetrate your hair and get into the cortex. Remember, hydration starts with water. After you clarify, be sure to use a hydrating mask and "squish to condish!"
I hope these tips and tools help keep your hair hydrated as we enter the warmer months!
